The United Gospel Music Association Of California is a fellowship of gospel recording artists, producers, graphic designers, musicians, singers, managers, songwriters, radio personalities, bloggers, choir members, directors, pastors and gospel music enthusiasts.

We are Inventive

Our purpose is to unify the Gospel Music community across California and to provide opportunities for members to fellowship with other Gospel artists outside their local area. It’s an organization “By the people and for the people.

We are Insightful

Our goals are to provide opportunities for local artists to fellowship outside of their local areas, advance and expand their brand through producing regional tours, hosted in Los Angeles, Inland Empire, San Diego, Central Valley and the Bay Area.

Honor and recognize the achievements of those who work in the Gospel Music Industry by hosting an Annual Award Show. Provide resources that are designed to promote the expansion of Gospel music by facilitating workshops and creating the UGMAC Directory, which will include contact information of artist, producers, graphic designers, musicians, managers and concert friendly church venues, along with helpful tips for up and coming artists.

We have Integrity

Our future goals include developing a California Gospel Radio Station that will highlight only the music of California artists (UGMAC members) California has a rich history in Gospel music with Gospel music legends like James Cleveland, Andrae Crouch, Walter & Edwin Hawkins, who all made California their home.
